Just a quick quickee...

I worked at the restaurant job tonight and someone informed me that the city of Royal Oak is having financial problems. To help remedy the situation they're issuing more parking tickets (if that's possible) and charging higher fees/fines for other tickets/arrests...

TRUE STORY- Royal Oak police recently arrested a homeless man and charged him with panhandling...and fined him $700.

Wrap your brain around that one...
